Event# 72 $1,500 buy-in mixed Omaha eight-or-better of the 2022 World Series of Poker concluded after three long and tiring days. Bradley Anderson emerged as the winner of the event by defeating Scott Abrams. The Montana resident defeated 771 entries to earn his first WSOP Gold Bracelet and a top prize of $195,565.

The high influx of participants built a prize pool of $1,029,285 which was distributed among the top 116 finishers. This is the second-largest career earning for Anderson after $355,913 for his fifth-place finish in the Millionaire Maker event in 2014.

This tournament had three games, each a different form of Omaha eight-or-better. The mixed event compromised of limit Omaha eight-or-better, the pot limit form, and the Big O. The Big O is short for a five-card pot-limit Omaha eight-or-better.
