I didn’t receive my AHC license

Dear APS Team,

sorry if this is the wrong place, but i cannot reach you otherwise. I purchased the Asian Hand Converter some days ago and paid via paypal, but i didn’t receive a license. I wrote to the support twice but no answer after 2,5 days. I checked the spam folder of course. I also cannot reset my account password, so it seems that something is off and that i cannot receive mails from you. I opened a new account now. Please check the issue, the invoice number is WC-199919.

I already asked paypal for a refund, but i would rather solve the issue in a normal way and have access to the products i purchased.
