After the last update, I get a when I open the card catcher I get the message that it can’t open the app on this PC. Also, this is the only place that I can contact support. When I log in to the customer portal log in there is nothing there to contact support with.

uninstall the card catcher downloaded again dont have it open and the Try this, copy and paste this”C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses” on the bottom left search bar on your computer and delete this file”BOC_Cash.DLL’, ‘BOC_Tournaments.dll” and Re-register it.

This didnt seem to work. I unhid files and this file still doesn’t show.
