We need to see your Card Catcher logs.
Open the Card Catcher and click on settings. Click on the CREATE LOGS button. The Card Catcher will then create the logs and zip them.
When the files are complete, you’ll get a message that they are save in the Card Catcher directory with a hyperlink to the folder button (click on the folder text). This will open up file explorer.
In there you’ll see a file that will roughly be named something like this: bcc-logs-2016-11-15-16-44-44.zip.
It will have the date of when you created it and it will be a ZIP file (end in .zip).
Send this file back to us at support and we’ll have a developer look at your issue.
